It is very important for the cancer patient to keep a log of dates relating all tests and medical procedures as well as the specific test results in each case.   This will allow for the development of a medical digest that will either be required or helpful in the event of seeking opinions or advice from other medical professionals or centers during the course of cancer treatment.
